5 Stars — Exceptional Customer Service!

We recently migrated our supplement company's subscriptions from Recharge to Appstle, and I couldn't be happier with the experience!

Scott and the Appstle team were absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. They were incredibly responsive, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making the transition smooth and stress-free.

They carefully migrated our existing subscriptions, helped ensure customers wouldn't be charged twice, preserved our subscription settings, and even customized our subscription widget to better match our brand at no additional cost.

What impressed me most was their willingness to go above and beyond. It's refreshing to work with a company where customer service actually feels personal.

Absolutely outstanding support from Alan. I genuinely couldn't be happier with the help I've received.

I had some fairly specific requirements for how the subscription widget needed to work and look on my Shopify store, including custom layout changes, styling and accommodating different subscription plans.

Alan went above and beyond to understand what I was trying to achieve, worked through the technical challenges and made the changes needed to get everything looking and functioning properly.

What impressed me most was his patience, attention to detail and willingness to find solutions rather than simply saying something couldn't be done. Even when we reached the limits of what could reasonably be changed without rebuilding parts of the app, he explained everything clearly and gave me sound advice.

The result is a much cleaner, more professional subscription experience that fits my store.

This is exactly what excellent customer support should look like. Alan is an absolute credit to the Appstle team, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
