I installed this app a week ago and I am having problems with the on boarding process. I wrote several E Mails but I am only getting generic responses that are not helpful. App looks very promising but customer service is not good. Unfortunate! Will edit this review when I they fix it.

I've been struggling since day 1, the support is a ghost, which doesn't care even if the customer is willing to pay for the automation services. There is a lot of data discrepancy which these people do not provide any solution, rather give vague replies and most of the times do not even care to reply. I'm trying to find a better alternate and as soon as I get, I'll knock them off my store.
