Merchants say this is a high‑impact reviews and customer marketing platform that boosts review volume, quality, and sales. They like the modern, customizable widgets with photos, videos, and attributes, plus Google Shopping sync and strong product page layouts. Many use quizzes, surveys, loyalty, and referrals across multiple stores, and value the AI insights and smooth Shopify/Klaviyo integrations. Support is frequently described as fast, proactive, and hands‑on.
The app is super easy to use and anybody can figure out the basics. The team however will help you unleash and open what's possible with Okendo and reveal what you may not know.
To get the most out of Okendo, you should definitely work with the rep or do your research.
The app itself is fairly user friendly and I love all the options and customization it allows. Looking forward to gaining more customer insights.
I will say the onboarding process has not been my favorite I feel like they are pushing through and not helping with best practices or ensuring its properly installed. Hopefully the customer service moving forward is even better. I would 4.5 stars if I could just a half star off for the onboarding, because everything else, so far, is great.
We've had a great experience with Okendo as our review platform for Garden Winds. Garrett made onboarding easy from the start, walking us through setup clearly and patiently answering every question along the way.
Since then, our CSM Laura has been fantastic at helping us get more out of the platform, proactively pointing out features and showing us how to actually apply them to our store rather than just listing them off.
On top of the great support, the platform itself is intuitive and easy to navigate. Between Garrett's onboarding, Laura's ongoing guidance, and how straightforward the platform is to use day to day, we've felt genuinely supported every step of the way.
