We’ve been really happy with Zoko so far. The platform works well for our WhatsApp needs, but what really stands out is their customer support. The team responds quickly and is always helpful when we run into any questions. A very positive experience overall!
They increased the plan pricing without notice and you have no choice but to accept it. When you downgrade the plan, their conversation charges skyrockets. Not worth the cost.
Started using this app 3 months back, totally satisfied with the results, we are seeing conversions also.
