Onward Checkout+

Onward has been fantastic to work with! We originally switched from Route to save on costs, but we quickly saw a real improvement in performance, and filing claims is much easier for both our team and our customers. Since then, we've added their order editing feature, which has been performing really well. We also appreciate their ongoing support and regular check-ins. They make sure we’re getting the most out of everything available to us. They keep adding new features, and we’re excited to see what’s next.

Onward Checkout+ has been a great add for us. Setup was quick, and it fit right into our checkout without slowing anything down. Customers like having order protection as an option, and when something goes wrong with a shipment, the claims process is simple for them and fast for our CX team. Fewer back-and-forth tickets over lost or damaged packages has saved our team real time, and it’s been a nice boost to AOV as well.
