Love having protect + as an option for our customers. Its the best way to ensure customers protect their packages without having to go through national shipping claims. Also a great way to drive some extra revenue. Highly recommend.
Don't do it! I've had issues with the coding and no one will write me back. Customer service is terrible! Also there seems to be an issue with customers checking out because they use a code that overrides the theme. I'll be deleting it today!

I highly recommend the app, they have made solid improvements with our complicated checkout. Love being able to communicate quickly with there reps via Integrated slack channels allowing for quick resolutions to our customer needs. The package protection just works, Its a crucial part of our business with how items break or get damaged and the replacements go out quickly and keep our customers happy.
