Meta has degraded over all for user experience. Ghost restrictions that are not associated with our account that support has no idea where they are from, and agrees they shouldn't be on our account... But fails to remove... Passing me to support agent to support agent who ask for the same screenshots over again. Chats that don't reload when there is an update with support.... And huge glitches in our instagram views in business suite... Plus our shop isn't visible. Customers end up losing their coupon codes and can only shop via ads where they mostly give up from frusteration.
reconnections to account, suggestions from META business manager to use Conversions API even though it was already set up... very basic app with minimal support
the app opens and then sometimes goes on Facebook or instagram page without connecting, then shows as connected but doesn't really connect to shopify store, then shows there is an issue but when I click on it, it goes blank and doesn't show the reason of the issue or error.
