Packstation Lookup adds a DHL pickup point finder to your checkout. Customers search for nearby Packstations, Paketshops, and Postfilialen by postal code or city, and the app fills in the shipping address in the format DHL requires, validates the Postnummer, and prevents later changes. Packstation addresses typed manually through express checkouts such as Shop Pay are corrected automatically after the order is placed. This helps German merchants reduce failed deliveries to DHL pickup points.

Germany is a big market for us. We have suffered from packstation issues for years. We have tried many solutions including plug ins from DHL and auto scripts. None have fully sorted the problem like this app. We literally get zero issues now. Was easy to set up. I had a couple of questions and they sorted them out right away. Would give this 6/5 if I could. Our cutomers have a better UX and our return shipment costs are massivly reduced.
