We've been using this app to improve our retention marketing efforts, and it's been a great addition to our store. Setting up push notifications and automated campaigns was much easier than expected, and we started seeing engagement from returning visitors fairly quickly.

This app does two things which I think are classic poor behaviour for an online busines. 1. It claims sales for Uppush that do not originate from Uppush. 2. It makes cancelling difficult to find, and you need to contact support to find out that you need to select the Free plan, in order to cancel the Paid plan. Waste of your (Uppush CS) time and mine.

It was surprisingly easy and seems to be working well and if I believe the report the $12.99 a month I'm paying for it it just made $89 in sales within the first month of using it and as it hasn't been going very long, and it's one of those products that does better as it goes, we will havevto see how much better it can do than it already has. While I'm a new Uppush user I am impressed by the clear and timely response the Chat support gives which is solution based. If a solution cannot be given at the time of Chat the Chat researches a solution and provides a solution in a manageable time frame.
