I'm in Canada so maybe it works here? Not sure why people are having issues with the app. It's extremely basic but I was able to add it under my price on product pages to show customers they can pay in installments and also as a payment badge icon at the footer of our site. Seems to work fine, easy to follow instructions and managed to get messaging on each page, cart and footer. I did get an error message on first installing the ap but then went back and say it was in my ap list and from there no issues

This app does exactly what it promises — no fluff. The setup was super straightforward with clear instructions, and it seamlessly added Afterpay messaging to both our product and cart pages. Works perfectly fine. Setup in literal minutes. I think those struggling with it either actually don't have Afterpay and think this app just makes it available on their website (lol), or they limited knowledge of how shopify works, and really shouldn't be in ecommerce game. Ignore the 1 stars, its insanely easy and the documentation are detailed and precise.

The messaging is just that, a message, it shows customers on the product page and the checkout page that its available, the after pay button turns up after they click checkout on my shopify store. This is terrible, I cannot acess the funds from orders made on my store, I can't get in conact with a live person just bots that can't seem to help me. I can no longer log in to my account. I need some one to urgently contact me in reference to this matter.

Driving myself absolutely crazy with Afterpay. This app is just not it. Afterpay messaging doesn't change with variant products. When I ask Afterpay for help, they tell me to get a web developer to code the system correctly. No, not yet - this one is undercooked and not ready. Support via the website is also full of bots who just want to ask you for your ID instead of fixing a problem. Awaiting a msg from the Dev team via support in Shopify. Either they get it right or customers won't use them as a preference.

The Afterpay on-site messaging app doesn't work and the block is invisible so we had to get our developer to add a custom liquid code under the price block for it to finally show on the site. Straight up doesn't work. The app block does not load at all and just stays empty/blank. Support will tell you to refer to the extremely basic installation instructions, which obviously wouldn't help if the app itself does not function at all.
