The app is really good, however to get this with Royal Mail you need the Premium and Enterprise plans. Sadly given the size of our store, this would make this Shopify add-on too costly to oconsider these plans. That said the app looks fab and has a lot of capability I am sure

very bad, they cant even delete the cookie bar from aftership app, and it takes days for them to delete a single thing! not happy ! definetly not worth it!

Worst experience I've ever had with any app. I've never left a 1-star review. But if you advertise with "$1 for the first month" on the front end, then charge $457 in usage charges during that same month, and then make the entire process to reverse it a huge pain it just feels like a setup. Extremely disappointed. I discovered that AfterShip has been overcharging me for months. When I contacted support to rectify this clear error, they refused to issue a refund. Be very careful and check your invoices, as their billing practices are unreliable and their customer support is unhelpful when it comes to getting your money back. I cannot recommend them.

They make it very difficult to cancel, we had a subscription and there was no way to cancel. When I went to cancel it the 3rd time it sent me to a chatbot who said 'i cannot help you with this let me send to a human agent'... dont companies legally have to make it simple to cancel subscriptions?
