I'm a very small store with low volume sales Appstl Loyalty helps me with repeat customers with the rewards program. I also have received great customer service when I need help resolving an issue if any.

The assistance was fast and helpful. I have tried a ton of other apps and these are by far the best we can find.

Great app and Best support team ever. I've been using 2 apps from Appstle ( Subscription Program & Loyalty Reward ) been struggling with changing from the old app to Appstle. Drew spent almost 2 hours on New year day to sort everything out for me with his patience and promise. Apparently, I end up with my satisfaction, highly recommend from Samadoolcoffee Thailand

Appstl does it all. Pretty much anything that you need or want can be done with this app. Not to mention there customer support goes above and beyond. Uri has been INCREDIBLY helpful in QA'ing and helping get us where we want to go. Highly recommended.

Fast support but always problems with this app! The button is not working always "an unexpected error". Support fixed this more than 10 times but it comes back again all the time

No support. Messaged multiple times to their email and live chat and no response. Maybe a strategy?

Support / Devs can't solve bad styling issues in their words due to our custom CSS in our standard theme and want us to remove our CSS that makes our site look fantastic due to their app using the same ID's needless to say we are not impressed with Appstle. We should not have to change our industry leading site to fit their app. It should be the other way around. They have 14 days to change their...

EXCELLENT customer service! (and app)

We're still getting the feel for the app and how to use it best, but I am continuously impressed by the Appstle support team. They are extremely quick to reply and do a great job of explaining features, offering suggestions, and talking you through what you'd like to do. GREAT customer service.
