Had a slight issue using on my phone, and Alan came to my rescue. Went above and beyond to get my shipping settings and more setup beautifully. I know with his improvements, my subscription orders will increase! Thank you, Alan!

While I was talking with Appstle support, my Shopify account was compromised. Approximately $4,500 was transferred from my Shopify account, and there was a later attempt to make about $2,500 in charges on my Shopify credit card. Shopify locked my account for suspicious activity, and the incident remains under investigation. The timing has left me with serious concerns about my experience.

I installed this app, and had issues with settings. For two days I chatted with someone in tech support named “Alan”. On day two he asked to be a collaborator to fix the settings, and while in my account he stood $4500 from me. Later that night he tried using my Shopify credit card for to rack up over $2500 in charges, but thankfully the card was already cancelled.

So far this app has helped our customers more actively select the delivery method (or pick up) that best fits their situation. We haven't had any issues with integrating it into our site and I do have to say the customer service has been fantastic.
