Their pricing is not exactly transparent. No matter what paid version of the app you get, you will have to pay extra to actually hide individual out of stock variants on a product page. And then pay more if you want to hide out of stock variants on your collection pages. Otherwise, the default feature of the app is to hide the entire product from your store if at least one variant is out of stock....

Lichi was quick and responsive and was able to hide variants with a zero quantity on our website. All products that were missing images were also hidden. Thanks for your help Anglerfox :)

I have been using this app for several years now and overall I am extremely happy with it. I did have some issues recently where the auto hide function had stopped working on my website, but after contacting their customer service, the issue was resolved in a timely manner and is all working properly again now. I value customer service highly and was very happy with the resolution of my issues. I...

The support team is great. They were quick to respond and they helped us with all of our customizations. Instead of hiding variants completely, they were able to mask the swatches with a gray overlay.

I have been using this amazing app for over a year now. I needed the app developers to do some more work on a new theme and they have been amazing, so accommodating getting the work done really quickly . The app works really well and I would recommend this great company to everyone needing to hide sold out products and variants

With 1000+ items in my store this app has allowed me to hide the many that are out of stock and make it look clean and presentable. I took the option of the hide variant feature and wiith some assistance from the technical team that supports the app have been able to implement it nicely. Job well done and highly recommended.

The app charges $70 set up fee to be able to use their 'hide variant' function. It's a bit duplicitous and a waste of time for users that they don't mention this on their App Store page.

— Trimly

Not really happy. Got charged during the seven day "free" period. Now the App tells me I have to login, but no login screen available. Tried clicking on help desk only to get the message that "session has expired" Contacted App developers by Email, no response after 3 days. Yes it works, but I am unable to control how it works, and how often. I get the feeling that some of the reviews on here have...

Edit again. Let's start from the beginning. 1) Autohide also adds to your plan any item which is either in status draft or archived. So very soon you are paying the maximum. 2) Once you reach your plan limit, there is no communication. You need to find out for yourself. Since we use around 50 apps, i do not think I have time to verify each app each day. Very annoying. The app itself works fine. Bu...

— Minasari Home

Installed this app as I needed the ability to hide out of stock variants. You have to pay $79 extra for this service which is not clear in their description. I paid the additional charge and it's been about 3 days and no one has gotten back to me on installation even though I left a message in their chat support asking for an update and responded immediately to their request for staff account acce...

— Blessed Be Magick

The app listing says that app hides variants but you log in only to discover that they want to charge you a further $79 on top of the monthly fee to make that happen.

This app is very good if you want Google to de-index your products and lose all seo effort. It does that perfectly! Hidden products shall be hidden, meaning they are not shown on the page, not made unavailable. Install this only if you do not care of seo.
