Beacon Fraud Prevention

Installed the app less than a week ago, settings interface ok. After an initial support meeting issue, Beacon rectified and we rescheduled! Otherwise, I wish it supports more than english and japanese, as I need french support but will try to workaround by hardcoding french in the UI.

This app has been absolutely critical for weeding out bad actors. The support is excellent. Easy to set up, powerful enough to grow with you. Saved us from spending needless time and funds to fight fraud.

Beacon is very powerful and reliable. Client support is immediate and amazing. the best, do not hesitate to use.

So far so good, seems to be a reasonable price. I wish the email setup was easier so you don't have to add a separate MX record and SPF entry in the DNS setup.

From the technical side, setup is seamless,no messy Liquid edits or code injections. It integrates smoothly with Shopify and doesn’t conflict with themes or other analytics tools I’ve tested alongside it. Performance impact is minimal, which is critical when running high-traffic stores.

We've been using this app for years now. It helped us detect early fraud, save money from chargebacks, and allowed us to verify customers seamlessly. Highly recommended!
