Wow, this app is amazing! Seriously, the AI is so clever—it actually understands all my product descriptions and then gives customers these great, easy-to-read summaries with the right product links. So far so good. I hope that will be updated with some capabilites in the future. Would be nice for AI to be able to create orders and checkout links.

I have been using this app for about 3 months now. I can highly recommend this app. It has saved us so many hours of answering emails and phone calls. It learns quickly, took about 3-5 days to learn my entire site and products as well as the most commonly asked questions.

It's overly 'smart' and a bit out of control. It promised an immediate reshipment to a customer (even committed to delivery time!) when we were offline without any consent from us or notification afterwards - this has caused a big customer frustration and related financial loss.

It has been good previously, however after their recent Android app updates, it no longer sends notifications of new chats being opened by visitors . Because of this, a lot of chats go missing. Looks like we will have to switch to a new app that actually send notifications to mobile .

The app gets in the way of customers using the store, way worse on mobile which is where most of my users are coming from. I get the odd message from it but from the niggly blocking of customer functionality I would assume it is increasing my bounce rate and decreasing my conversions

Compared to all I've tried. Amazing. This chatbot sounds so natural and is very sympathetic. I love that direct products are shown in the chat. I haven't trained the bot yet but I don't even feel like I need to.
