Installed Blockify app after having a nightmare with bots. Tracy in the help centre guided me through everything with ease and immediately solved all the problems I was having. It says "Add the countries you want to Block" it lists all countries, and includes at the top a "Add non-US countries" "Add Non-EU countries" etc... I really like this app. I've been using the free version since I created my shopify site to see how the basic functions work and am upgrading to the enterprise tier to lcok down more security.
