CancelMyOrder lets your customers cancel or withdraw their own orders through a simple form on your storefront, without contacting support. When a customer enters their name, email, and order number, the app looks up the order and applies a 14-day withdrawal window based on EU consumer law.Orders that have not shipped yet are cancelled and refunded automatically.
