Quick to respond to queries and real time data is so helpful. Have tried other apps like this and by far the layout and ease of use of this one is the best I have tested.

Only been using this for two weeks but I can already see exactly what's happening in the cart in real time. What pushed me to leave a review this early is the support. Had a question about how a metric was calculated and got a real answer from someone who clearly knew the product, not a copy-pasted or ai generated response.

Oliver has been wonderful! He reached out when he noticed I'd cancelled my subscription (due to my previous trial not showing the specific data I was looking for) to let me know they'd improved on this since. Very grateful for him looking out for us and can't wait to see the new features!
