Do I need to do the template registration in the DLT platform and send you template id and entity ID. I have not made any changes in SMS Settings but made changes on Voice Call Template inserted Store Name only.

Brilliant concept for India, where some mischief give wrong phone number or a number not working. This way we get to verify the customers phone number and makes him to confirm the order there by saving so much in the logistics and packing efforts that would otherwise have gone in vain.

What a piece of junk app! All my orders are COD Pending, it's completely useless and a waste of money!!! I've already removed it from all websites! There's no online support whatsoever.

Worst service they are providing from last 7 months this application is not working in my store but they didn't refund my money till yet. After confirmation otp, on thankyou page its showing you will get a confirmation message soon & no such option to trigger any message on panel, i called this a fraud service provider. Better away from this kind of app.
