The CedCommerce Reverb Integration app will help you in listing your Musical Instruments on Reverb in just a few clicks. You can import all or desired products in the app and can choose which products you want to list on Reverb via the app. The application will not only provide you with Product Management but also the application offers complete Order Management. Any order that is placed on Reverb, will be sent to your Shopify store so that you can easily manage the order from a single place. This app has no customer service. The support for this app is not worth the price. It has constant bugs for payment, item management and has no real clear instructions for setting up. Our SKUs have lost their original SKU and the replaced with something the app felt would be better and pushed that Reverb. DO NOT USE!!! I never got true support on installing this app it to our store. Having a cost for an an app that does not seem to work is outrageous. It never connected to our reverb store and there was absolutely no support to fix the issue. Very difficult to set up. We reached out to the company for help. While some things were fixed it was just not worth the time to deal with the bugs this program has. Also, the time difference for the help was difficult due to being overseas.
