CheckGuard lets merchants add a customizable terms and conditions checkbox to their cart page, mini cart, cart drawer, and product pages. Customers must agree before proceeding to checkout, helping merchants reduce disputes and chargebacks. The app logs every consent with a timestamp, IP address, and checksum for a complete audit trail. Checkbox style, size, colors, and label text are all customizable from the settings page.
