CodShield cuts cash-on-delivery RTO losses by confirming intent before dispatch. Each COD order gets a risk score, WhatsApp YES/NO from your number, and Approve/Cancel in one Admin queue. Set COD by order value: allow, confirm, collect deposits with proof in Files, or hide COD at checkout. Import courier return CSVs to flag repeat problem numbers. See RTO Saved on your dashboard.
