I recently had a unique issue affecting my sync and the support team worked with me over a couple of days to isolate the issue and fix it. We have been with Connex since 2020 and I can count on one hand how many times we have had an issue with the program. When we have had an issue they are quick to respond and knowledgeable to know how to fix the issue.

Update: Connex has finally hired a dedicated customer service team and is working on improving support, help docs, and the user interface. The support has helped us understand the tool better and how to make the most of it. No other tool has worked for us because our current setup is way too complicated and Connex has been the best tool to make our transactions into Quickbooks for desktop.

They've got great customer service now, and they're following through on issues affecting business with good advice and timely fixes. I'm very happy with the response time from the support team. Great product at a great price. Support is very responsive and this software makes my life easier. I would recommend to anyone looking for a sync connector.
