ConsentGuard adds a terms and conditions checkbox to your cart page, so customers agree to your terms before checkout. Add more blocks for final sale items, liability waivers, custom orders, or the withdrawal waiver EU sellers of digital downloads use. Every acceptance is saved with the order number, time and the exact text shown, so you can download proof for any order if a customer disputes a purchase. Optional enforcement also covers Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Buy It Now.
