Installed the app but it is not working, and I have contacted support but they have not bothered replying. Why bother listing their app on the Shopify store, if their attitude is so lackadaisical that it destroys confidence in anyone considering spending money with them.

Customer support for this app is woefully unhelpful - lots of 'bot replies' that never resolve issues.
