The app handles custom order statuses perfectly using Shopify tags without affecting order details. Setup was easy and it works exactly as expected.Try App support as well, they were responsive and do a small addon for free and rapidly. A must-have for stores managing custom workflows.

I have been looking for an app that creates custom statuses for a while. I tried many apps, but this one works best for me. A helpful app that actually does what it is supposed to do. This app saves a lot of time and performs wonders. I would recommend this app as I am fully satisfied. No complaints so far.

If your customer left a note with there order you can not see what your customers said with out going searching for it in the Timeline.
