Our app allow add any number of fields on cart page. Easily customize cart fields, gather crucial customer info pre-purchase. Mark fields as required, set up effortlessly with one click—no coding needed. Drag and drop fields directly from your theme customization. Show/hide fields based on cart products. You can also add extra fees for selected fields like Gift Wrap, Premium Shipping, Additional Tax and many more. Our app support Text, Textarea, Checkbox, Dropdown, Radio button and, Description.
