I've tried most data feed apps on the market, and DataFeedWatch is by far the best for ease-of-use, speed and price (the pricing is super generous for how many features you get, not cost per seat to add more users, lots of channels, extra shops cost little or nothing depending on your plan. There's only one other app that comes close, but I still prefer DataFeedWatch because the interface and su...

— Baitmasters of South Florida

Thank you for the guidance and help! The support team was patient and walked me through the mapping lookup table to ensure our products would be properly updated and connected to our platforms.

— OROA COM LLC

Customer support stepped in right away with good communication and resolved my issue. Overall the app is excellent, very efficient and saves time. Very good value.

We have really pushed this app to the max to test its capabilities and it now an important part of our workflow on a daily basis. Any problems we have had were all errors with setup on our part. The support team have been extremely helpful in fixing and explaining the issue so we understand the platform more.

Data Feed Watch is super easy to use and really helps keep my shopping feeds organized and running smoothly!

— Pink Laboratory

— Sapiato

This is by far the best app that is friendly with merchant centre especially if you have multiple currencies. Casper was really helpful and he helped us configure our shopping feed

— Talia-Rae

I uninstalled the app 2 months ago, and they keep charging my card! I don't see an option to stop it since it's no longer installed

— Sniff & Bark

I start setting up everything, and only after a while, they tell me Italian is not a supported language to use with AI features, which basically means an overpriced product feed uploader. Better use Simprosys

— The Maison Valeur

Onboarding is terrible. I had a meeting scheduled for yesterday and it was canceled due to the onboarder's "schedule change" . Then today I had my call, it was very rushed. All he wanted to was get off the phone. He only connected google merchant center and that was it. In the shopify dashboard it states "96% percent of users get better results and higher ROI after an onboarding call Book a FREE...

Literally can't even make an account to try it so this is clearly a terrible app

— FlameOutdoors

I signed up after doing a lot of research on changing to a different feed company and have been chatting with someone who was really helpful on specific's. It's a big deal to move feeds and you want to get it right. Today was the day for the change. No help at all. I emailed no response after requesting to set-up my first feed. so went on chat which was like dragging blood out of a stone no help....

— Mukha Yoga

Casper has been the easiest support I’ve worked with — highly efficient and incredibly quick to provide solutions. They were a huge help in setting up various technical rules across multiple feeds. :)

— The Diamond Store

Awesome app and staff

— applemob
