After an order is fulfilled, customers receive a review request email with an optional incentive — a discount code for leaving a photo or video review. Reviews are displayed on product pages using a customizable widget that supports grid and list layouts. Merchants can manage, approve, and import reviews from a central dashboard. Getting customers to leave photo reviews is made super simple. Switched to DNA Blocks about a month ago and it’s been a total game changer.
