App does not automatically email customers when items go back in stock. It's two star because we never used the preorder part of the app (could be great) and the customer service tried to resolve the situation, but demanded collaborator store access in order to do so for such basic functionality (emails sent) that it was appalling. Just tell us and we'll fix whatever wasn't working.

please help me out, i am using both OPTIS Product Options and Dotsy PreOrder & Presale in the backend orders section i want both the section to show as requested before. please check and resolve the issue. i am still waiting, and also i am not able to select all products option in Dotsy PreOrder & Presale, please help me out urgent.......
