Very poor app, extremely difficult to use I couldn't even use their features and when I asked for support they ghosted me ,I didn't even complete the free plan trial and I was still billed wth! I was on a free trial for that matter how am I still getting billed after deleting?? Do not use this app ,I'm still looking for the support to ask for my refund! It's a disaster

Really disappointed with the billing. I’ve already uninstalled the app, yet I’m still being attempted to be charged. This is extremely frustrating, especially when I’ve tried to resolve the issue directly and can’t even get a reply.
