Sobre DCM ‑ Duplicate Customer Merge
Duplicate customer accounts split a shopper's orders across separate profiles, which makes order history incomplete and distorts reporting. Duplicate Customer Merge scans your customer list and groups accounts that share an email, phone, name, or address. You review each group side by side and merge them into one, preserving orders, addresses, and other data on the account you keep. New customers can be checked automatically when created, and scans can run weekly so duplicates are caught early.
