Edit: Additional monthly fee charged for paused store were reimbursed with all other app fees. But this app silently switched to max monthly plan and charged 1323 during last 7 months. Why silently? I didn't touch this app since november, I didn't see any reasons to uninstall, because we had 0 views since then and subscription clearly stated that monthly payments would count only views. I've been trying to find any kind of link or support - from the app and from shopify to reach the app - because I uninstalled ,,, and of course there is NOT way to reach them... and Shopify is only giving AI answers ... DO NOT DOWNLOAD, THIS IS A WARNING!!!! I wish I read reviews before downloading this stupid app. I have had this app for 3 weeks and I am up to $145 in charges. No where in pricing does it say you will be charged not only a monthly sub fee but also page view fees too. If it does, they need to make it clearer, this is disgusting. DO NOT INSTALL! They will count ALL visitors to your website, EVEN IF THEY DONT USE THE WEEL! a waste of money, you pay advertising to get leads to your site and this APP FROM HELL will charge you because people just visit your site.
