Sobre Editr ‑ Order Editing

Editr lets customers manage their own orders from the Order Status and Thank You pages - without contacting your team. Customers can edit basket quantities, swap items and cancel orders all within an editing time window you control. Set eligibility rules based on order tags, sales channel, fulfilment location, fraud risk, and more. Editr handles the complexity so your team can focus on growing your store.
