The app generally seems like it'd be useful if you want the full range of features, but I only tested the personalized video message as that was 1 of 2 primary features we were looking for. I was looking for a very particular usecase and this app solved that for me, I must have tried 8-10 apps but finally this was the one that met my usecase. The team and support is also super quick, absolutely a delight to have such Shopify apps that makes the merchant's life easier

Still in the early days of testing out this app, but so far it's been quite good. There are a few (relatively secondary) issues/bugs to work through but overall it's been a positive experience thus far. Will check back in with an update (good or bad) within another few months.

Love it. VERY easy. Lots of options. As a business owner I have Zero time to deal with apps that aren't up to par and that cause delays due to many factors. But GiftKart makes it super easy. Don't have to think. Just do.
