In December, my store was hit with 10 fraudulent gift card orders totaling over $3,200. Shopify flagged all of them as fraudulent, I canceled every gift card, and none were ever redeemed. I never leave bad reviews. The set up is awful, no real guides, and support is slow. The system is clunky and not user friendly, and the front end doesn't work very well. Worst app I have used on Shopify so far. Not sure why all reviews are 5 star but mine. A bit sus...

Unfortunately, have struggled with Gift Card Pro. Customer service doesnt' respond. The system does not integrate well with Shopify so balances aren't recorded correclty making accounting very difficult. Sales datas are not accurate. Overall, do not recommend this app
