I was stuck when setting up my first product. I sent a message to support, and they got back to me! They were friendly and helped me fix it right away. It's nice to know they are there to help.

Love the mockup creator! I can drag and drop my logo onto baby dresses, right in the browser. The previews are high-res, so I know exactly what my customers will see. It beats juggling Photoshop files any day.

— Trendy Cart

Super easy for beginners like me! The free setup saved me money, and I only pay when I make sales. Perfect for starting my first online shop.

Orders are constantly 1-2 weeks delayed sitting in shippers warehouse before dispatching, slow customer service, quality is subpar. Tracked shipping in EU promised to deliver in 3-5 days, in reality 3 weeks is closer to the truth. Edit: Your website says delivery in EU 3-5 days. I does not matter if it's outside Italy, maybe update your estimates instead of false promises? I have had so many ord...

No 1 star, zero stars!! I don't have any more words to describe you. Order made on December 7, 1 month and 3 days ago. Received totally wrong, with sticky production labels, red stamps, smaller than expected print and all crooked. Absent inner neck print and supplier label still sewn on to sweatshirt. AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER!!! After making a complaint and accepting your unnecessary apology (because...

— ARTee Wear

After trying to use this app I think Plixpod wasn't ready to be in the Shopify app store, at least not yet. I have this app because their jewelry is of unusually high quality and unique among the print on demand apps available on Shopify. I'm giving three stars because of the jewelry offerings alone are so nice (Actually, I'd give 5 stars for the jewelry but the 3 is for the overall app. I would g...

Terrible app with non-existing customer service. They do not care about the sellers using their service.

— Regalosauro
