Fairly average experience. The pre onboarding support is good up until you make the payment. After that it is very difficult to get support for anything. Abandoned cart messages never work, Order confirmations fail about 30% of the time, shipping confirmations about 10% of the time. Support to resolve these issues are non-existent.
