— Phytalessence

I like how the tracking page looks clean and professional. It made me feel like my order was in safe hands. Even though it took 3 weeks, I never had to guess where it was.

— EasyHome

Super easy to set up and fully customizable. I love that I can match the tracking page to my brand colors and even add a delay buffer. Makes my store look so much more professional.

— Baby

So good for my branding on tracking ! Fullfills the promise !

— Chien Heureux

Honestly, this makes slow delivery way less stressful. I set realistic-looking tracking updates, and now customers aren’t panicking or emailing every other day. It’s made my backend so much smoother.

— Maddix and Rose Playful accessories

The tracking page looks super professional and branded. It doesn’t show anything about AliExpress or Chinese origins, which is exactly what I needed. Customers feel reassured, and it definitely cut down on support tickets.

— Sage Vibe

I love that I can match the tracking page with my store’s branding. Customers feel more confident and the after-sale stress has gone way down.

— About me

So far, everything is easy to setup, tracking is much easier and smoother browsing experience. Not buggy at all. I'm glad I switched to Itrack. The customer service is really great, very responsive!

— My Store

The best tracking app, by far.

— Etagorra

— Pfotenstern

It shows incorrect information about orders. Support is always offline.

— Ranok Inc

bad experience............................................................................................................

— Msoor.Stock

This is not really an app. Its a lookup table. It shows you tracking details mainly based on the days you configure it. If you tell it to say delivered after 1 day, thats what it will do. It doesnt actually query the courier's website. USELESS.

— GroomNoir

Customer Support is Great Good App thanks
