The staff is very enthusiastic and respond to messages promptly, while also solving my problem.

I tried so many other review apps and they were all very expensive for the basic tiers and didn't really offer much at all. Judgeme has been amazing so far + the customer support is superb! I had a question about adding the star reviews to the collection pages and Hamza was super helpful and added the code for me, and even removed the old coding from an older review app that I couldn't locate myse...

The reviews themselves work fine, but on a dark theme (Dawn with a black background) the "From our customers" heading on the Reviews Grid is dark grey on black and unreadable. The color setting is right there in the theme editor, already set to white, but it's ignored because all styling is locked behind the paid Awesome plan. Charging extra just to make your own heading readable is a poor way to...

if I could put 0 stars, I would do it, I dont know how this app has 5 stars, I swear I tried many review apps for years of experience, and the worst of them is this app, for doing a simple task which takes 1 minute in any other app, it takes 1 day in judge, and asking a lot of questions in AI to find a solution for a simple task, if you dont trust me, try it yourself.
— Wildaro
Great app with many useful widgets and customization options. Unfortunately there is a huge glitch by syncing etsy reviews and your tech team should fix it. I lost 2 days working on it for nothing.
— The Norse Wind
Unfortunately, this developer allows buyers and spammers to post and mention any marketplace directly in reviews of your product on your website, and for them, this is the norm.
— VeroBride
This app is horrible. IDK why it has 5.0 stars for 45K reviews. I guess they're good at getting their own reviews but everything has been really messed up when I use this app. First off when I made the review request template then send the test scheduling it did not automatically open to the review page, it opened to my website. Why would the review app not automatically set to open to a review pa...

Not entirely sure what happened to their support team, but it literally takes forever, per response now. A task thats suppose to take 2minutes turns into 1 hour+ of just waiting around.
— CASE XPRESS
I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR REVIEWS I DON'T HAVE. YOU EXPECT APPS TO WORK WHEN YOUR A ONE MAN MACHINE. i REALLY DON'T HAVE TIME TO MESS WITH THIS KIND OF THING, DO YOUR JOB AND I WILL DO MINE. I LIKE SET UP AND GO. I DON'T WANT TO EVEN WASTE ANOTHER 5 MINUTES WITH ANY DAM APP.
