Pathetic app - broke my checkout in the middle of the night - team had zero support and offered no compensation - built a replacement using claude code in 5 minutes that functions just a well and is FREE.

No one helped us out, when we required some modfiications and enquired on price, their customer support team is worst and sales team are too ignorant, they dot care if we buy their plan or not. I found some features were not working correctly

The app isn't reliable, half of the times the native cartslider triggers, half of the times the gokwik cart slider doesn't open at all. This isn't the 1st time we experienced so many bugs, today since midnight the cartslider stopped working and the app wouldn't trigger even after...

Although the cart slider is amazing but the support to fix issues is really slow. They practically don't support other 3rd party checkout partners. We tried integrating Zecpe (Ecom360) repeatedly and asked for help but the tech team was unable to fix issues and let us use other checkouts. More than 8days now and there has been no help. Uninstalling and switching back to the apps we were using.
