Overall we got all our data migrated but it did take a lot longer than expected. We had a huge amount of data to migrate with a lot of formatting that needed changing which they handed well and made sure we could test before they imported all which give us peace of mind. There were errors which they were able to correct quickly. There were some miss communications and some unexpected added costs....

Great support from LitExtension. I accidentally overwrote product images after the migration, which left most products missing additional images. Ben identified the issue straight away and fixed it with a custom re import. Even though it was my fault, he handled it free of charge and made sure only the images were updated. Quick, helpful, and saved a lot of manual work. Would recommend.
