We've been using it literally for about 7-8 hours, if not less. It's the best-made software we've encountered—we've tried at least 3-4 others. support is not replying i paid for a membership and it says not activated so i can't see sessions and support never replies GUYS DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP , they will mess up your shop and enter your data, and you will have thousands of bots from china in your store

Heat maps doesn't work, elements don't show up. Wrote for support 2 weeks ago, no response after trying to get in contact again.

By far the best replay app I've used. I tried one previous to this which was terrible, LiveSession works smoothly without any errors and organizes the replays well, accurately showing country and device so I know which replays are from me and which are customers.
