Installed Manifest chat bot prior to install of Bik helpdesk. While there were some initial hurdles with the responses, the team worked with us to improve and we have been refining Manifest. Responses have been improved and we have seen a reduction in ticket generation as the chat bot handles more of the day to day customer inquiries.

I have had a positive experience so far - the app is 10/10 and works like a gem. Working with Vivian, my support agent has been great. He helped to set up the application to work effectively and a weekly check-in is going above and beyond. I had a few questions which Sonakshi attended to immediately and fixed them.
