Max Bundle is really great. I genuinely like it a lot, and the support team is even better. They are very helpful, responsive, and supportive. I’m really happy with the overall experience.

Overall great bundle app. Fairly easy to use and get set up. There are a few things that can be improved - some bundle options needs to be updated daily manually or else product variation price mismatch shows, style customizations are limited, you cannot have 2 of the same bundle styles and customize the styles separately for them. Happy to change the rating if these get updated.

At first the bundle seemed to work great, took a little time to get it set up properly but not too bad. The trouble came when my first orders using the bundle came in. The Maxbundle was only supposed to discount a specific bundle, instead it discounted all the items in the cart and I lost a lot of profit, almost costing me money! Chatbot does not have space to type and send any text. It teases you by saying how can i help you and then giving you absolutely no way to communicate where we need help.

from stand of view as business this team customer support is really bad no response , very quick on requesting a review but support is just not there. I would not recommend this app just for the poorly managed support.

The app with a fatal bug - the "Frequet Buy Together" - even I checked the box "select all FBT products to get the discount", the discount items could still be purchased without the main item. I raised this issue to the customer service and they asked me to try other bundle app!

SUPER difficult to use

Not only did they switch to a paid setup right before Black Friday, but their app also can't handle customers who add more products to their cart after making a bundle. One day into our Black Friday sale and I've had to deal with more unhappy customers than I deal with in a month. Genuinely wish I could get my money back from this.
