I have had some major issues like the calendar randomly disappearing. However the help is quick and they helped resolve the issue quickly. I was able to fix it myself with their assistance in about 5 minutes.

They made an update to the app, now it doesn't work and their support is non existent. It says that they reply in 3 minutes or less, it's been over 12 hours and nothing. I wrote to them during business hours and so far no word from anyone on their team. Prior to their update, the app was ok, and it did what it had to.
