You still be charged by Webkul after uninstalling their app. Even when you uninstall the app from Shopify store backend as they mention

The app is good for small size marketplaces. But after you scale, their support is poor. APIs keep braking, and you don't get proper support. So if your store is going to scale, may be you should look for an alternative app or build your own.
