Minh responding promptly with help and explanations why the app works the way it does, even made an over night update so its more end user friendly. Bad service, they do not reply to texts or emails. Leave you hanging. Our shopify POS kept saying failed to load, I tried reaching the customer service, NO RESPONSE!
