Automatically grant tax exemption by validating their VAT in realtime or allow customers to fill a smart form and request tax exemption. The store admin can review submitted tax details and grant or reject tax exemption.You can also grant tax exemptions to specific customers by tags. These admin approved customers are not required submit tax exemption form. This app has greatly simplified the process of managing tax exemptions! It was easy to set up automated VAT removal, and the tax form's customization is a great feature. I initially faced a small issue with exemptions not applying correctly, but the support team was prompt in their assistance and things were back to normal.

App Doesn't work. Nobody was able to fix issue. Emails are bouncing back without any answer. App did changes in my shop by adding to each customer "do not charge taxes". It was not reverted after removing app. Simply disaster. Do not touch this app!!!
